This page explains how TracM8 account deletion requests are submitted, assessed, and processed for customer users and authorised account contacts.
Deletion request process. Users may request deletion of their TracM8 account and associated personal data by emailing info@tracm8.com. Account deletion requests are normally processed within 30 days. Certain records may be retained where required for legal, compliance, audit, security, or operational purposes.
How to request deletion

Please include:
- The full name associated with the TracM8 account.
- The email address used for access to TracM8.
- The organisation, site, or account context if relevant.
- A short statement confirming that the request is for account deletion.
Verification. To protect account security, TracM8 may ask for additional information to verify that the request has been made by an authorised user or customer representative.
What may be deleted
Depending on the account structure and the request, TracM8 may delete or de-identify:
- User profile details such as name, email address, and account access records.
- Associated personal information supplied during onboarding or support interactions.
- Configuration records that are no longer required to operate an active customer account.
Records that may be retained
While TracM8 aims to honour valid deletion requests wherever possible, certain information may be retained, archived, restricted, or anonymised where necessary to:
- meet legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, or contractual obligations;
- maintain security, fraud prevention, abuse monitoring, and incident investigation capabilities;
- preserve operational integrity, system reliability, audit history, and platform security records;
- support dispute resolution, compliance obligations, business continuity requirements, or legitimate operational interests.
Where retention is required, access to retained information may be restricted and managed in accordance with applicable legal, contractual, security, and operational requirements.
Processing timeframe
Standard timeframe: TracM8 normally processes valid deletion requests within 30 days, although this may vary if additional verification or account-level review is required.
